MorrnIx

Platform

Procurement intelligence starts with connecting the evidence.

MorrnIx is being developed to connect procurement records, commitments, dates, supplier updates, and project context so teams can assess what changed before a procurement problem becomes a delivery problem.

Current reviews may require manual work. This page describes the intended intelligence model, not a promise that every connection or analysis is automated today.

How MorrnIx works

What becomes intelligence

A procurement event is only useful when the team understands its context.

Procurement records

Purchase orders, commitments, submittals, approvals, dates, and required-on-site information.

Supplier evidence

Relevant supplier updates and communication that change or confirm the procurement picture.

Project context

Material, project, programme, and dependency context that explains why a procurement event matters.

Change detection

Movement, missing confirmation, ageing commitments, and other evidence that deserves attention.

From records to understanding

MorrnIx is not another system of record.

The underlying project systems still matter. MorrnIx adds a layer of procurement context: what changed, what is missing, what may be at risk, and why the issue matters to delivery.

Principles

Intelligence should remain explainable.

Evidence remains traceable.
Context matters more than isolated events.
Missing information can itself be a signal.
The system supports review rather than replacing judgement.

Better decisions start with evidence the team can actually understand.
