Who we are

MorrnIx is operated by Rahul Kumar, operating as MorrnIx (not yet incorporated), based in India. We conduct research across the UK, USA, Australia, and other countries.

What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and through our research interviews. We keep it in plain language because we want you to actually read it.

Website visitors

This is a static website. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels. We do not collect personal information from visitors unless you choose to contact us directly.

When you book a research interview through Calendly, your information is handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to schedule the conversation (your name, email, and chosen time).

Research participants

When you take part in a MorrnIx research interview, protecting what you share is our responsibility. Here is exactly how we handle it.

Recording

We record audio or video only when you give us explicit permission, which we always ask for before the interview starts. If you prefer not to be recorded, we take written notes instead.

Storage and access

Your notes and any recordings are stored on a private local device. Access is restricted to MorrnIx's founder, Rahul Kumar. No one else has access to your raw interview.

Anonymization

We anonymize your responses. When we publish findings, we attribute a direct quote to you only if you have explicitly agreed to it. We never publish your company's name.

Use

What you share is used solely to produce aggregate research findings about procurement and operational workflows in construction. We never share your input with your competitors, and we never sell research data.

Retention

We keep interview notes and recordings for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.

Your control

If at any point you want your information removed before that, contact us at rahul@morrnix.site and we will delete it.

Third-party services

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Research interviews are scheduled via Calendly. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not use any other third-party services to collect or process your information.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will note what changed.
